Ingredients:

2 lbs lean ground beef
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup melted butter
1 packet (1 oz) Italian dressing mix
7 cups frozen tater tots

Instructions:

Preheat the oven: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it lightly.

Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it’s nicely browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Once done, drain any excess fat.

Prepare the creamy sauce: In a separate bowl, blend together the softened cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, melted butter, and Italian dressing mix. Stir until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Combine and layer: Add the browned beef to the creamy sauce, mixing well to coat the meat evenly. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Top with tater tots: Evenly layer the frozen tater tots over the beef mixture, covering it completely.
