These Garlic Bread Steak Bites are a deliciously savory treat that combines tender steak with the irresistible flavors of garlic bread. Perfect as an appetizer or a fun dinner idea!
Ingredients:
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 loaf French or Italian bread, sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Steak:
In a large bowl, combine the steak pieces, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the steak is well coated.
Cook the Steak:
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak bites in a single layer and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt.
Prepare the Bread:
Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the slices of French or Italian bread.
Toast the Bread:
Place the buttered bread on a baking sheet and broil in the oven for about 2-3 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Watch closely to avoid burning!
Serve:
Arrange the garlic bread slices on a platter and top with the steak bites. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serve hot!
These bites are a great way to enjoy steak with the comforting taste of garlic bread—perfect for sharing (or not)!
