Double Chocolate Banana Split Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
1 box chocolate cake mix (or homemade chocolate cake)
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 pint chocolate ice cream
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
3 ripe bananas, sliced
Whipped cream
Maraschino cherries
Instructions:
Bake the Cake: Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions and bake in a 9-inch springform pan. Let cool completely.
Layer with Ice Cream: Spread vanilla ice cream over the cooled cake, followed by a layer of sliced bananas. Add strawberry and chocolate ice cream layers on top.
Freeze and Decorate: Freeze the cake for 4 hours or overnight. Before serving, drizzle with hot fudge, top with whipped cream, and garnish with cherries.
