Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Bake – cheesy, savory perfection!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
12 oz penne pasta (or your favorite pasta)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Mix with Alfredo Sauce:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the Alfredo sauce and milk. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until heated through. Add in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Combine and Bake:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef mixture, and crumbled bacon. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve:
