Beef Stroganoff over Noodles

Ingredients:

500g beef cubes
2 medium onions, sliced
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup sour cream
250g egg noodles
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the beef cubes with salt and pepper, dust with flour, and brown in the skillet. Remove and set aside.

Cook the Onions: In the same skillet, add the sliced onions and cook until translucent. Return the beef to the skillet.

Add Liquids and Simmer: Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 1 hour or until the beef is tender.

Prepare the Noodles: Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Finish the Sauce: Once the beef is tender, reduce the heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined. Heat through without boiling.

Serve: Plate the noodles, top with the beef stroganoff, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot.
