Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cream of chicken soup (or homemade)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the seasonings into the chicken.

Make the Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.

Assemble the Dish:
In a glass baking dish, place the seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer. Pour the creamy sauce over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated. Sprinkle extra shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Bake:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Serve:
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
