Sausage & Hash Brown Balls

Ingredients:

1 pound breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
2 cups frozen hash browns, thawed
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Dipping sauce of choice (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
Prepare the Mixture:

In a large bowl, combine the breakfast sausage, thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
Form the Balls:

Using your hands, roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 1 ½ inches in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake:

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage is cooked through and the outside is golden brown and crispy.
Serve:

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch, honey mustard, or ketchup.
