Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 levels C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
Combine 3 cups flour, milk, white sugar, eggs, baking powder, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract, and salt collectively in a big bowl till well-combined. Stir in 1/4 cup melted butter. Pour batter into the ready baking pan.
Beat 1 cup softened butter, brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon collectively in a big bowl till clean. Drop by spoonfuls over the batter within the baking pan.
Swirl the highest layer into the underside layer with a knife to create a marble impact.
Bake within the preheated oven till a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out almost clear, 25 to half-hour.
