Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese of choice)
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
4 large flour tortillas
Optional fillings: chopped pickles, diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, diced onions, bacon bits
Directions:
Cook Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until browned and fully cooked, then drain any excess fat.
Add Cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef in the skillet. Stir until cheese melts and is fully mixed in.
Assemble Burritos:
Lay out each tortilla on a flat surface.
Spread a layer of ketchup and mustard on each tortilla.
Spoon the cheesy beef mixture onto each tortilla.
Add optional fillings like pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, or bacon bits.
Wrap Burrito: Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll up tightly from the bottom to create a burrito.
Warm and Crisp (Optional): For a crispy finish, place each burrito seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Serve: Slice in half and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces
