Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Roll-Ups – start your morning right!
Ingredients:
– 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
– 4 large eggs, scrambled
– 4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and sliced
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling eggs)
– Cooking spray
Directions:
Prepare the Eggs:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until softly scrambled. Set aside.
Prepare the Crescent Rolls:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
Add Fillings:
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs on the wide end of each crescent triangle, followed by a few slices of sausage and a sprinkle of shredded cheese.
Roll and Bake:
Carefully roll up each triangle from the wide end to the tip, sealing in the fillings. Place each roll-up on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the roll-ups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
