Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups – your new obsession!
Ingredients:
– 1 lb ground beef
– 8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/4 cup diced onion
– 1/4 cup dill pickle relish
– 1 tablespoon ketchup
– 1 tablespoon mustard
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
– 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat. Add the cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, pickle relish, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir to combine and remove from heat.
Roll Out the Dough:
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. On each triangle, place a spoonful of the cheeseburger mixture at the wide end.
Roll and Seal:
Starting from the wide end, roll the dough over the filling, tucking in the sides as you go. Place the rollups seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush with Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with a pinch of garlic powder. Brush the garlic butter mixture over each rollup to enhance the flavor and promote browning.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy your Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups with your favorite dipping sauce!
