Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Wrap – a flavor explosion you can’t resist!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup macaroni pasta
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
4 large tortillas
1/4 cup barbecue sauce (optional)
Cooking spray or oil (for greasing)
Directions:
Cook the Macaroni:
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble into pieces.
Prepare the Beef:
In the same skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine the Mac and Cheese:
In a large bowl, mix the cooked macaroni with the cooked beef and crumbled bacon. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until everything is well combined and the cheese is melted.
Assemble the Wraps:
Lay out a tortilla and spoon a generous amount of the mac and cheese mixture onto the center. Drizzle with barbecue sauce if desired. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortilla tightly to create a wrap.
Cook the Wrap:
In a skillet, heat a little cooking spray or oil over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
Serve:
Slice the wraps in half and serve hot. Enjoy your Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheese Burger Wrap, a fun twist on a classic favorite!
