Bacon Cheeseburger Pasta: A Hearty, Indulgent Dish

Ingredients:

1 lb penne pasta
6 strips of bacon, chopped
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon fat in the skillet.
Cook the Beef: Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Add the onion and garlic, cooking for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Make the Sauce: Add beef broth and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add Cheese: Stir in the cheddar cheese and Parmesan until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine: Add the cooked pasta and bacon to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the creamy sauce. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
