WOULD YOU EAT THIS GARLIC BUTTER STEAK WITH CREAMY MASHED POTATOES OMG DON’T LOSE THIS RECIPE

Ingredients:

Garlic Butter Steak:
2 ribeye steaks or New York strip steaks, about 8 oz each
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
4 large russet potatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

Creamy Mashed Potatoes:
Place the chopped potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain and return potatoes to the pot. Add heavy cream, butter, milk, and salt and pepper.
Mash until smooth and creamy. Cover and keep warm.
Garlic Butter Steak:
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the steaks and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side for a medium-rare finish.
Lower the heat and add butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter for 1-2 minutes.
Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Tips:
For extra flavor, add a splash of Worcestershire sauce to the butter while basting.
Serve with sautéed green beans or a fresh salad for a complete meal
