For the Cheesy Loaded Mashed Potatoes:
4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup milk (more if needed for creaminess)
1/4 cup cooked, crumbled bacon

Instructions:
