2 eggs, beaten

Parmesan Mushroom Sauce:

2 tbsp butter
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix flour and Parmesan cheese. Place beaten eggs in another bowl, and breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
