BACON CHEESEBURGER BURRITO WITH A PILE OF BACON AND CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef (80/20)
8 strips of cooked bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk (for the cheese sauce)
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 cup diced pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
Prepare the Ground Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil.
Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat and set aside.
Make the Cheese Sauce:
In a saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and continue stirring until melted and well combined. Set aside.
Assemble the Burrito:
Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface.
In the center, layer a portion of the cooked ground beef, chopped bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles.
Drizzle a generous amount of creamy cheese sauce over the top.
Roll the Burrito:
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to enclose the filling.
Serve:
Serve the burritos warm, with extra cheese sauce on the side for dipping if desired! Enjoy this indulgent feast!
