Maple Bacon Cheeseburger Bomb Quesadillas – Sweet, Savory, and Satisfying!
These quesadillas are packed with juicy burger flavors, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and a drizzle of maple syrup for the ultimate flavor explosion. Perfect for dinner, snacks, or game day!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
4 large flour tortillas
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp butter (for cooking)
Directions:
1. Cook the Filling:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
2. Assemble the Quesadillas:
Lay out the tortillas and spread the beef mixture evenly over half of each tortilla.
Sprinkle a mix of cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef.
Add crumbled bacon and drizzle lightly with maple syrup.
Fold each tortilla in half to create a semicircle.
3. Cook the Quesadillas:
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add a small amount of butter.
Cook each quesadilla for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
