Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups – A Delicious Twist on a Classic!

These flaky rollups are loaded with cheesy, savory bacon cheeseburger goodness, all wrapped in buttery garlic-flavored dough. Perfect for snacks, dinner, or a party treat!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup onion, finely diced
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 can (8-count) crescent roll dough
1/4 cup melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Directions:

1. Prepare the Filling:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned and the onion is softened. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
2. Assemble the Rollups:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles.
Spoon a small amount of the beef mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Add a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and some crumbled bacon.
Roll each triangle tightly, starting from the wide end, and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
3. Add Garlic Butter Topping:

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the rollups.
4. Bake:

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the rollups are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
These rollups are perfect for dipping in ketchup, ranch, or your favorite burger sauce. They’re bite-sized comfort food at its best!
