Slow Cooker Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs thinly sliced beef steak
1 large onion, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Directions:
Layer steak, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in the slow cooker.
Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the ingredients.
Cook on low for 6 hours.
Stir in cream cheese and top with provolone. Cook until cheese melts.
