Ingredients:

– 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 cup broccoli florets
– 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooked white rice for serving

Directions:

Step 1: Marinate the Beef
In a bowl, combine the sliced beef with teriyaki sauce, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 2: Heat the Oil
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
