Cheesy Garlic Ranch Potatoes
Oven Baked Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 large russet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
Wash and chop the potatoes into small bite-sized pieces.
In a large bowl, toss the chopped potatoes with olive oil and then mix in the ranch seasoning mix.
Spread the potatoes in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder, black pepper, and a touch of salt.
Cover the baking sheet with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top and return to the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
