Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls
Ingredients:
1 lb ground sausage (mild, spicy, or your preference)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups Bisquick mix (or any pancake/baking mix)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Optional: ranch dressing or hot sauce for dipping
Directions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, drained Rotel, shredded cheddar cheese, Bisquick mix, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well until fully combined.
Form the Sausage Balls:
Using your hands or a small cookie scoop, roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
Bake the Sausage Balls:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.
Serve:
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with ranch dressing or hot sauce for dipping.
