Cheesy Ground Beef Delight Wrap with Creamy Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Wraps:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, diced
For the Creamy Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Prepare the Ground Beef:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, ketchup, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth. Set aside.
Assemble the Wraps:
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for easier folding.
Spread a layer of the creamy sauce on each tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Serve:
Slice the wraps in half if desired, and serve immediately with extra sauce on the side for dipping.
