Ingredients
– 1 lb chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
– 6 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 2 tbsp butter
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
