Spicy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings with Marinara Sauc
Ingredients:
For the Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Marinara Sauce:
1 (28 ounce) jar marinara sauce
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions:
Prepare the Wings:
Combine Ingredients: In a bowl, combine chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
Grill or Bake:
Grill: Grill wings over medium-high heat for 20-25 minutes, flipping occasionally.
Bake: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Marinara Sauce:
Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, combine marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Heat Sauce: Heat the sauce over medium heat until warmed through.
Serve:
Serve the wings with the marinara sauce.
Tips:
For extra crispy wings, air fry them for 15-20 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
