Crispy Baked Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower (cut into small florets)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup water

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 cup breadcrumbs (optional: seasoned breadcrumbs for extra flavor)
For Dipping:

Ranch sauce or your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions:

 

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are fully coated, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

4. Add Breadcrumbs (optional): Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated cauliflower for extra crispiness.

5. Bake: Bake the cauliflower in the oven for 20 minutes. Flip the florets and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
