Million Dollar Chicken Casserole
A family favorite that’s creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor! This casserole is comfort food at its best a simple dish that will quickly become a regular on your dinner table.
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
1/4 cup melted butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the shredded chicken until well combined.
Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
In a small bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown.
Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve hot.
