Would you eat this Carnivore Bacon Cheeseburger Pie ?
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
4 large eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9-inch pie dish with butter to prevent sticking.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until well combined.
Layer the cooked ground beef evenly in the greased pie dish. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.
Pour the egg and cream mixture over the meat and bacon.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, spreading it evenly across the surface.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the egg mixture is set.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
