Herb Garlic Chicken Bites with Creamy Cheesy Penne Pasta

Ingredients:

For the Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Cheesy Penne Pasta:

8 oz penne pasta

2 tablespoons butter

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the chicken pieces with garlic powder, oregano, thyme, basil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.

While the chicken is cooking, melt butter in another skillet over medium heat. Add heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Stir in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Continue stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the cheese sauce, tossing to coat.

Once the chicken is done, add it to the pasta and sauce mixture, stirring gently to combine.

Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
