1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg, beaten

1 clove garlic, minced

1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

For the Tzatziki Sauce:

 

1 cup Greek yogurt

1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions:

 

Make the Meatballs: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form Meatballs: Roll mixture into 1-inch meatballs.

Cook the Meatballs: Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat with olive oil until browned on all sides and cooked through.

Make the Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
