Ingredients:

1. 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
2. 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
3. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4. 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
5. 2 tablespoons olive oil
6. Salt and pepper to taste
7. Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Preheat Oven:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
Prepare the Potatoes and Sausage:
