Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli

This Chicken Bacon Ranch Stromboli is packed with savory flavors, melty cheese, and crispy bacon, all wrapped in a golden, flaky crust. It’s a crowd-pleaser perfect for dinner or game day snacks!

Ingredients

(Serves 4-6):
• 1 tube (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
• 1/2 cup ranch dressing
• 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
• 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
• 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
• 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven:
• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll Out Dough:
• On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×16 inches).

3. Add Ranch Base:
• Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

4. Layer the Filling:
• Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly over the ranch dressing, followed by the crumbled bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. Roll the Stromboli:
• Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly like a jelly roll. Pinch the seams and ends to seal, and place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

6. Brush with Egg Wash:
• Brush the top and sides of the stromboli with the beaten egg. Sprinkle with garlic powder and dried parsley for added flavor.

7. Bake:
• Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

8. Cool and Slice:
• Let the stromboli cool for 5 minutes before slicing into thick pieces.
