Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:

2 pounds Atlantic salmon

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons brown sugar

4 garlic cloves, finely minced

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, skin side down.

3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and ginger.

4. Pour the mixture evenly over the salmon, ensuring it’s well-coated.

5. Wrap the foil around the salmon to seal it tightly, trapping all the juices and flavors.

6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.

7. Open the foil and switch to the broiler for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top.

8. Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.

Key Tips:

Use fresh salmon for the best flavor.

Adjust the sugar and soy sauce to your preference.

Serve with white rice or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.

Enjoy
