Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon
Ingredients:
2 pounds Atlantic salmon
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons brown sugar
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil, skin side down.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, brown sugar, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and ginger.
4. Pour the mixture evenly over the salmon, ensuring it’s well-coated.
5. Wrap the foil around the salmon to seal it tightly, trapping all the juices and flavors.
6. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon.
7. Open the foil and switch to the broiler for 2-3 minutes to caramelize the top.
8. Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs like parsley or cilantro.
