This hearty and flavorful dish combines tender chicken breasts with fresh spinach, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce, all baked to perfection.

Ingredients:

6 thinly sliced chicken breasts
1 container (8 oz) green onion cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 large package sliced mushrooms
1 small bag fresh baby spinach
1 teaspoon herb and garlic seasoning
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare Baking Dish:
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with a bit of olive oil or cooking spray.

Assemble Layers:
Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Evenly distribute the fresh spinach and sliced mushrooms over the chicken.
Sprinkle the herb and garlic seasoning and black pepper over the vegetables.
