This flavorful chicken wrap combines a subtly spiced sauce, creamy guacamole, crisp lettuce, tangy salsa, and crispy French fries, all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients:

For the Chicken Marinade:

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

 

For the Spicy Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon lime juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Coleslaw:

2 cups shredded green cabbage

1 cup shredded red cabbage

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon honey

Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup guacamole

1 cup fresh salsa

2 cups crispy French fries

Instructions:

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours.

Prepare the Spicy Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Prepare the Coleslaw:

In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.

Cook the Chicken:

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.

Cook the marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.

Assemble the Wraps:

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds to make them pliable.

Spread a generous amount of guacamole on each tortilla.

Place a portion of sliced chicken strips on top of the guacamole.

Add a handful of coleslaw over the chicken.

Drizzle the spicy sauce over the coleslaw.

Add a few spoonfuls of fresh salsa.

Place a few crispy French fries on top.

Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to enclose the fillings.

Serve:

Cut the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately.
