Sweet & Spicy Honey Pepper Chicken Mac ‘n’ Cheese
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp black pepper
2 cups elbow macaroni
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Directions:
Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
In a large pan, heat the olive oil and cook the diced chicken until browned.
Add honey, black pepper, and salt, then cook for 2-3 minutes until the chicken is coated.
In a separate pot, melt butter and add heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked macaroni to the creamy sauce and mix well.
