For the Spicy Mayo Dip:

½ cup mayonnaise
1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp honey

For Garnish:

Sesame seeds
Sliced green onions

Instructions:

Prepare the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, chopped green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and sugar.
Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

Cook the Meatballs:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Prepare the Korean BBQ Sauce:
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine soy sauce, honey or brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, gochujang or sriracha, and rice vinegar.
Bring to a simmer.
If a thicker sauce is desired, add the cornstarch mixed with water and cook until the sauce thickens.

Glaze the Meatballs:
Toss the cooked meatballs in the Korean BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

Prepare the Spicy Mayo Dip:
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and honey until smooth.

Serve:
Arrange the glazed meatballs on a serving platter.
Drizzle with any remaining sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Serve with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Enjoy these delicious Korean BBQ meatballs with a spicy mayo dip as a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a flavorful main course!
