Cheesy Ham & Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients:

2 large chicken breasts (sliced in half)

8 slices of ham

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste

1 Prepare Chicken: Flatten chicken slices using a mallet. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

2 Assemble: Spread cream cheese on each slice. Add a slice of ham and sprinkle mozzarella. Roll tightly.

3 Bake: Place rolls seam-side down in a baking dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes.

4 Top with Cheese: Sprinkle more mozzarella on top. Broil for 3 minutes until golden and bubbly.

5 Serve: Garnish with parsley and enjoy this cheesy delight!
