Lobster Tails and Seared Scallops in Garlic Butter Elegance

Savor the ultimate seafood feast with succulent lobster tails paired with perfectly seared scallops, all harmonized by a luscious garlic butter sauce. Your taste buds are in for a treat!

Ingredients:

2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
6 large sea scallops
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oilPEPPER STEAK IN A CROCK POT
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Paprika (optional, for color)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
– Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
– Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail. Gently lift the lobster meat and rest it on top of the shell to expose it. Walking Taco Casserole Recipe
– In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika if using.
– Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
– Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the meat turns opaque and slightly golden on top.

2. Sear the Scallops: Bacon Cheeseburger Pockets
– Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
– Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
– Add the scallops to the skillet and sear them for 2-3 minutes per side, allowing them to develop a golden-brown crust.
– In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and the remaining minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the scallops to enhance their flavor.

3. Plate and Serve:
– Arrange the beautifully baked lobster tails and the expertly seared scallops on a serving plate.
– Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
– Serve the dish with lemon wedges for an extra burst of freshness.
