The Bacon Lasagna Burger

 

Ingredients:

 

For the Burger Patties:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 teaspoon salt Bombes de bacon mozzarella farcies 
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning

For the Lasagna Layers:
• 4 lasagna noodles, cooked
• 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon oregano PEPPER STEAK IN A CROCK POT
• 1/2 cup marinara sauce

For the Toppings:
• 4 strips crispy bacon
• 4 burger buns
• 4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
• Extra marinara sauce for serving

 

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Burger Patties:
• In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Shape into 4 burger patties.
• Cook on a grill or skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your preference.
2. Assemble the Lasagna Layers:
• In a bowl, mix ricotta, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
• Cut the cooked lasagna noodles into bun-sized portions.
• Spread the ricotta mixture over a piece of lasagna, then top with another lasagna layer.
3. Melt the Cheese:
• Place a slice of provolone or mozzarella on each burger patty. Cover the pan until melted.
4. Assemble the Burger:
• Place the burger patty on the bottom bun, followed by a piece of crispy bacon.
• Add a lasagna layer and drizzle with extra marinara sauce.
• Top with the other half of the bun.
5. Serve & Enjoy:
• Serve warm with fries or a side salad.
