Seafood Stuffed Shells – A Creamy, Cheesy Delight!

There’s something special about seafood and pasta coming together in a rich, creamy dish. These stuffed shells are a family favorite, perfect for a cozy dinner at home!

Ingredients:

20 jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

1 cup ricotta cheese
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
½ lb cooked shrimp, chopped
½ lb lump crab meat
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions:

1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking dish and spread ½ cup of Alfredo sauce on the bottom.
2 In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Old Bay seasoning until smooth. Homemade Samoas Girl Scout Cookies
3 Fold in the chopped shrimp and crab meat.
4 Fill each shell with the seafood mixture and place them in the baking dish.
5 Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the shells and cover with foil.
6 Bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil, sprinkle with parsley, and bake for another 5 minutes.
7 Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, cheesy seafood goodness!
