Marry Me Chicken & Halloumi Pie
Marry Me Chicken is a dish famous for its creamy and flavorful sauce, often paired with pasta or rice. This version takes it a step further by adding halloumi and a mashed potato topping for a hearty and satisfying meal. The halloumi adds a unique, slightly chewy texture that balances the rich sauce. Cherry tomatoes replace sun-dried tomatoes for a fresher taste, and this dish can also be made with a flaky puff pastry crust. Perfect for a cozy dinner at home.
