Copycat Chick-fil-A Chicken Nuggets
Crispy and Tangy Chicken Nuggets à la Chick-fil-A

Ingredients:

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 cup milk
1 cup dill pickle juice
1 whole large egg
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Peanut Oil for frying

Directions:

Trim and cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Whisk egg, pickle juice, and milk together. Place chicken in the milk mixture, cover, and let stand for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Heat about 2 inches of peanut oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat until hot (375 degrees F).
In a zip-lock bag, mix together flour, powdered sugar, salt, pepper, and paprika. Remove chicken from the milk mixture and place in the flour mixture. Shake to coat evenly.
Fry about 8 nuggets at a time to avoid overcrowding, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove chicken and drain on a paper towel. If making a large batch, you can keep them warm in a hot oven. Homemade Samoas Girl Scout Cookies
