Marshmallow Cheesecake – Light, Fluffy & Irresistible!
This heavenly cheesecake combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the soft, pillowy sweetness of marshmallows. Every bite melts in your mouth like a dream!
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups mini marshmallows
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup whipped topping
Directions:
1 Prepare the crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill.
2 Melt the marshmallows: Heat marshmallows with heavy cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3 Make the filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the melted marshmallows and whipped topping.
4 Assemble: Pour the filling over the crust, smoothing the top.
