Taco Macaroni and Cheese
Fiesta Taco Macaroni Delight

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
2 boxes macaroni and cheese (your preferred brand)
1 can Rotel (seasoned diced tomatoes)
1 packet taco seasoning

Directions:

Begin by preparing your 2 boxes of macaroni and cheese in one pot according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain the excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning (water may be needed as per seasoning packet instructions) and the can of Rotel tomatoes into the ground beef, simmering until fully heated.
