Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants:

Ingredients:

  • 6 large croissants, sliced in half
  • 12 slices of deli ham
  • 6 slices of Swiss or cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant.
  3. Add 2 slices of ham and 1 slice of cheese to each croissant, then close them.
  4. Mix melted butter and garlic powder, then brush over the tops of the croissants.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and cover loosely with foil.
  6. Bake for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and croissants are golden.
  7. Serve warm.
