Ingredients:

  • 300g tuna (drained from oil or water)
  • 250g white cheese (cream cheese or Greek yogurt works well)
  • 3 eggs
  • 250g bell peppers (mixed colors: green, red, yellow)
  • 1 leek (finely chopped)
  • 70g black olives (sliced)
  • 60g Gruyère cheese (or any easy-melting cheese)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • A pinch of chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the ingredients:
    • Dice the bell peppers into small cubes.
    • Wash and slice the leek thinly.
    • Drain the tuna well.
  2. Mix the ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with the white cheese until smooth.
    • Add the tuna, bell peppers, leek, black olives, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Assemble the dish:
    • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
    • Grease a baking dish with a little oil or butter.
    • Pour the mixture into the dish and spread evenly.
