These Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites are a fun and indulgent twist on two breakfast classics—cinnamon rolls and French toast. Made with store-bought refrigerated cinnamon rolls, dipped in a warm spiced custard, and pan-fried to golden perfection, they’re crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and ready in just 20 minutes. Whether you’re hosting a brunch or just want a cozy weekend treat, this recipe is bound to be a hit!
 Ingredients:
For the French Toast Bites:
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing packet included)
- 2 large eggs
- ÂĽ cup milk (regular or plant-based, like almond or oat)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for frying)
Optional Toppings:
- Reserved icing from cinnamon rolls (warmed slightly)
- Maple syrup
- Powdered sugar
 Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls
Open the can of refrigerated cinnamon rolls and separate them. Using a knife or kitchen scissors, cut each roll into 4 small, bite-sized pieces. Set aside the included icing for drizzling later.
2. Make the Custard Mixture
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined and smooth. This custard is what gives the bites that classic French toast flavor.
3. Dip the Cinnamon Roll Bites
Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, making sure all sides are evenly coated. Don’t soak them for too long—just enough to coat them well.
4. Cook Until Golden and Crisp
Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once melted and sizzling slightly, add the coated cinnamon roll pieces in a single layer. Cook each side for 2–3 minutes, flipping as needed, until golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside.
You may need to work in batches, adding more butter as necessary.
5. Serve Warm with Toppings
Once all bites are cooked, transfer to a serving plate. Drizzle with the reserved cinnamon roll icing (warm it for easier drizzling), maple syrup, or sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra-sweet finish.
