  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound medium pasta shells
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

 Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Ground Beef

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain off any excess grease and set aside.

Step 2: Prepare the Sauce

In a medium bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth until smooth and well combined.

Step 3: Cook the Pasta

Boil the pasta shells in a large pot according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

Grease the inside of your crockpot lightly with non-stick spray. Then layer the ingredients as follows:

  1. Half of the cooked ground beef
  2. Half of the pasta shells

  4. Half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese

Repeat with the remaining ingredients to form a second layer.
